The most important reason I love to drink tea is because it can keep fitting.
Tea is the essence of the natural herb.

This noon when I enjoyed my tasty spicy vegetable hotchpotch,
I came across a tea shop which sold Tieguanyin and Pu'er as its main business.
I was so curious that I pushed the door and entered the shop.
The shopkeeper is a young man comes from FuJian.
We looked at all kinds of the goods sold on the store and asked questions carefully.
Then he asked us to sit down, join and enjoy his congou.
This suit is such a set of delicated instrument.
A induction cooker is for boiling the pure water and a high enough temperature is neccessary.
A bamboo table with rectangle grooves is for lifting teacups and drainage.
Some bigger cups are for different tea leaves and the boiling water extend the tea leaves in them.
Some smaller cups are for tea waters which is the densy extract from the bigger cups .
A couple of animal-like stones are for residual tea and waters used to wash the cups.
It has a fuuny name: feed this animal.
A cup of tea leaves can be used for 5-7 times, every time different flavour and taste is generated.
We enjoyed the faint-scent Tie Guanyin and the Pu'er respectively.
During this procedure the teacher told us a lot of commonsense about tea.
Just like tea can be sorted into Green, Black, Flower, Wulong,
how to distinguish the fresh Pu'er and the sour Pu'er,
how to conserve them, how to drink the over-night Pu-er....
and the most focus is still on keep fitting and the attitude to the nature essence.
A sunny noon, a comfortable body and a relaxed soul,
U see, life can be so simple and lovely.
So I plan to be a fan of Pu'er and employ it as my body Dr.
